Discuss how the Roaring Twenties in American history influenced literature, specifically, through the Great Gatsby. That literature will become your primary source for this paper. Then research the authors’ biographies, the literature itself (why it was created, how it was received, etc.), the time period, etc. *Anything written. (novels, short stories, poetry, plays, film/television, music, etc.)
In the paper, establish how the time impacted the literature!
*The paper must have at least four secondary sources cited within the work. For example, if you were researching how Thomas Paine’s essay inspired men to fight in the American Revolutionary War, The Crisis is a primary source. Any research you find about The Crisis (critics assessment, scholar’s insight, historical accounts of how men were inspired) is considered a secondary source.
